School Closure Policy

Dear Parents and Guardians:

Volusia County Board of Education is currently monitoring closely the weather conditions that may affect our area.  This is just a reminder that we follow Volusia County when making a decision to close school. If they close, we are also closed. We want you and your students to remain safe.  If we remain open, but you feel it is not safe for you to drive to school because of possible heavy rain, please stay home. If your child(ren) miss any school work, teachers will help them make it up.
