Application Steps

How to Apply

Step 1: Submit the Online Application

Complete and submit the online application and the $100 non-refundable application fee.

Step 2: Upload or Send Required Documents

Please bring, send, or upload the required records as part of your online application. Refer to the Documents Needed section below for the full list of items to submit.

Step 3: Admissions Committee Review

After the online application and required documents are received, the Admissions Committee will review the application and determine acceptability for new applicants. Families will be notified by email once a decision has been made.

Required Documents for New Students

To help us review your application efficiently, please submit the following documents with your online application when applicable:

  • Copy of the most recent report card (excluding Kindergarten)
  • Copy of standardized test scores (excluding Kindergarten)
  • Two recommendation forms completed by non-family members, including one from a principal or vice-principal and one from a teacher (excluding Kindergarten)
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Current copy of IEP or 504 plan, if applicable
  • Current original immunization record and physical provided by a Florida doctor or Health Department
  • All new students must have an updated physical and immunization record before the beginning of the school year

Returning students must still update their files through the enrollment portal. If your family has questions about returning student requirements or updated records, please contact the school office for guidance.
